As first-time homebuyers, we really didn’t know what to expect going into the mortgage process. There were a lot of moving parts, a lot of questions, and honestly, plenty of moments where we felt overwhelmed. From the very beginning, Tim Fitzgerald made the process much easier than we ever imagined. Tim was always available to answer questions, explain things in a way that made sense, and help us understand what came next. No matter how many questions we had, he never made us feel like we were bothering him. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed invested in helping our family get into our new home. One thing that really stood out to us was his dedication. Even when he went on vacation, he made sure we had someone available to help us so nothing would fall behind while he was away. That kind of planning and consideration meant a lot to us because buying a home doesn’t stop just because someone is out of the office. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being a much smoother journey because of Tim and the team at CMG. We always felt like we had someone in our corner looking out for us. We’re incredibly grateful for all of the help, guidance, and hard work that went into getting us to the finish line. If you’re looking for a loan officer who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about his clients, I would absolutely recommend Tim Fitzgerald and CMG Home Loans.
