Our family had the opportunity to work with Janet Ridder on the sale of our father‘s home. It had been in our family for 53 years. Not only was Janet very helpful with every step of the process, but she provided very valuable information and suggested resources as we prepared our home for sale. She kept us apprised of every step in the process and communicated patiently and thoroughly. She took time to answer all our questions and provided us with guidance and direction and excellent counsel. In addition, she made sure that everything was ready when perspective buyers took a tour of the house. We had a wonderful experience working with Janet and highly recommend her. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process as easy as possible.
