Dawn made juggling multiple last minute offers on our home seamless all while helping us navigate a VERY challenging buying process for a new home. From managing communications and exit negotiations on the original home we had under contract when the sellers decided to ‘go in a different direction’’ to helping us find our new dream home days later and under contract on Christmas Eve no less.
Even on our most frustrating days, Dawn helped keep us calm and our heads on straight.
She is a delight to work with and has all the connections to get you into the home you are looking for
