Words truly cannot describe how thankful we are for Mary and all the help, guidance, and support she provided throughout our homebuying journey! As first-time homebuyers, we knew we had a lot to learn, and one of my coworkers recommended Mary after having such an amazing experience working with her to purchase her own home. From the very first phone call, I knew we were going to be a great fit. Mary is such a light, and her positivity, warmth, and genuine care made what could have been an overwhelming process feel so much easier. From the beginning, she took the time to walk us through what to expect as first-time buyers while also being realistic and honest about the current housing market. We looked at three homes before finding the one that was right for us, and when those opportunities didn’t work out, Mary always reminded us that it was okay to feel disappointed but encouraged us to look at it as the universe’s way of telling us that those homes weren’t meant for us. Looking back, she was absolutely right!Once we found our home, Mary was incredible at communicating and coordinating between us, the sellers, and our lenders. She consistently made sure everyone was on the same page and reminded us that she was always available if we had questions. What stood out most was that she genuinely meant it. We’ve all heard people say they’re available anytime, only to feel like a bother when we actually reach out. That was never the case with Mary. She was always happy to answer our questions, explain things in detail, and make sure we truly understood what was happening every step of the way.Mary also went above and beyond when it came to preparing us for the home inspection. She pointed out things we should pay attention to, encouraged us to look closely at the roof and crawl space, and reminded us to watch for things like mold and other potential concerns. She wanted us to feel confident in our decision and know what to look for as future homeowners. Thankfully, our inspection turned out even better than we could have hoped for, and we felt so much more prepared because of her guidance.Mary was truly a joy and a blessing to work with. Even after closing, she reminded us that this didn’t have to be the end of our relationship and that we could always reach out if we ever had questions or needed help. That says so much about the kind of person she is. She isn’t just there to help you buy a house; she genuinely cares about the people she works with.We cannot recommend Mary and Dickson Realty enough to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first-time buyers who may feel nervous or overwhelmed by the process. We felt supported, informed, and cared for from beginning to end, and we feel incredibly fortunate that our paths crossed. We hope everyone has the opportunity to work with someone as wonderful as Mary when buying their home.Thank you, Mary and Dickson Realty for helping us find our home and for making this experience so special. We will always be grateful for everything you’ve done for us!
