Erin has a long history in the world of real estate, starting as an assistant to a broker in Morgantown, WV, and culminating after she got her license in real estate in her new home town, Pittsburgh, PA. She worked with both buyers and sellers in the greater Pittsburgh area until 2017 when she and her husband took an opportunity to move to the Netherlands for three years. While overseas, Erin took a job working as an Expat rental agent, helping people from different countries find homes and settle in Amsterdam. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, she and her family moved back to Pittsburgh. They bought a house sight unseen when the real estate industry was at a halt. So, although she doesn’t recommend her clients buy houses sight unseen, she has had personal experience with doing so and has helped others in the same position make the best possible choices when buying from another state or country. Erin is wholeheartedly committed to her clients’ goals and success. She feels that every client has a different story to tell, different dreams they want to achieve, different predicaments they may be dealing with, and she is there for all of it. From crafting strategic marketing plans to guiding the buying journey, she is dedicated to navigating any bumps that may arise. With over 13 years of experience, Erin strives to make each deal seamless from the very first meeting to the closing table. If you're considering a move, feel free to reach out—she would be delighted to assist you with your next transition.
