John Kudrick was phenomenal to work with from the initial stages of looking for a property to all the way through the closing and beyond. As out of state buyers, John was very mindful of our limited time when on vacation to look for a property. He prepared us prior to coming down and really narrowed down our vision into a reality. With his professionalism and expertise while going through the entire process, he took into account our experience level and guided us with his knowledge. Even though we ran into a few obstacles along the way, John still made everything appear seamless. He was top notch to work with and would recommend him to family and friends.
