Seth really went above and beyond. I was super stressed about relocating for work from Santa Cruz Ca to the Nashville area in TN. I had so many specific concerns and needs regarding what I required in a new home. I was also super concerned about my commute and community. Seth cruised the neighborhood shared videos of the location. He even drove my potential commute. He had amazing communication throughout the entire process and he truly put me at ease. I appreciate how he listened and supported me throughout the entire journey.
