This is my third transaction through Don, not to mention several properties he has shown before we finalized on one. His 40+ years in Athens area certainly is a strong point of Don. There are very less properties/houses that he does not know the history of. He never pushes you to buy, but will give you very valuable input. His network is amazing and his knowledge of how the system works is remarkable. I know this, because two of the properties I bought were estate sale and one was a bank sale from foreclosure. I did not choose it but it happened. Don stood buy to deal with all the issues until all are taken care before we closed. A man with integrity and ethics.
