We have worked with Andrea Haitz in the past, and we followed her to Bray, engaging her to assist in the sale of our townhouse. We can't speak highly enough of the job Andrea did for us. She was always prompt and attentive. In every instance, the information she provided was timely, accurate and helpful. She never acted like we were beneath her, and she never acted like she didn't have time for us. She helped determine a fair asking price, resulting in a contract within a very reasonable time frame. She was always willing and able to deal with our questions and requests from the buyers agent. She more than met the most important thing we look for in a real estate agent: we always felt like she was looking out for our best interest. We give Andrea our highest recommendation.
