Magazine’s Most Valuable Professional Entrepreneur and Millennial Award. Her insights and achievements have been featured in The Detroit News, Apartment Therapy, DBusiness, Realtor.com, Crain’s Detroit Business, The Oakland Press, and Macomb Daily, among others. She holds memberships and certifications with leading organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Rental Housing Association of Washington, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). She is also deeply involved in church ministries and local outreach programs, embodying her belief in giving back and lifting others. At the heart of her journey is Connaé’s dedication to her faith and family. She and her husband are proud parents of three children, and she credits her faith, family and “village” as the true foundation of her strength and success.
