Buying our first home felt overwhelming at times, but Barbara made the entire process so much easier. From day one, she was always available to answer my endless questions, and I’m a very curious person! She never made me feel like I was asking too much and always took the time to explain every detail, making sure my husband and I fully understood each step of the home-buying process. We were initially set on buying in a very specific neighborhood and spent months touring homes that never quite felt right. When it seemed like we were hitting a wall, Barbara introduced a simple but incredibly effective exercise: she had each of us fill out a questionnaire about what we truly valued in a home. That helped us prioritize what really mattered and completely changed the way we approached our search. Using what she learned from us, Barbara suggested expanding our search just beyond the area we had originally considered. Thanks to her insight, we found a home that checked all of our boxes and something we likely would have missed if we had stayed within our original boundaries. Barbara is knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping her clients find the right home, not just any home. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!
