There are only amazing things to say about our experience with Ian Kasman. He was incredibly dedicated to our success under difficult circumstances of trying to buy a home from 8 hours away in a challenging market in our area of interest. He made it seem as though we were his only client, although I know that isn't the case. His data analyses and write-ups were incredibly helpful to understand how to structure our offers. Once we found a property he continued to help us workup the renovation estimates from afar and provided immense support in helping our move occur smoothly, long after he might have been obligated to do so. He met all the inspectors and renovators at the new house because we were not able to do so. We would highly recommend him to anyone without qualification. We are incredibly grateful he was our agent for this process.
