We have worked with Ken Fernandez for many years in both Cashiers & Highlands. Having just completed our 8th! Successful transaction buying & selling both land and homes we can say from experience that he & his associates are professionals that make the process enjoyable! Our most recent sale was a great property in a challenging location. Ken & Nancy persevered through dirt roads, wild turkeys, cows & neighbors with “ local color “ . Of course we will call them again & continue to recommend them . JS
