Joey Perrelli was recommended to us via our family friend Walter Smolenski. Such a great recommendation! This was our first time buying a home and we are so glad Joey was our realtor! Due to our inexperience in the housing market, we obviously had a lot of questions and Joey provided us with such useful insite the entire time. She gave us great recommendations on home inspection, septic inspection, and negotiations along the way. She always picked up the phone when we had a question or concern. It was so nice having someone we could depend on throughout the process. Despite a couple of hiccups on the seller's side, Joey fought on our behalf to get us here. We truly wouldn't be in this house without her. I can't believe I'm writing this from my own home! If you're looking to buy a new home, or if it's your first time buying, Joey will help you get exactly where you want to be. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! We plan on being here for a while, but if we ever need to move, she will be the first one we call!
