When I started this process, a friend of mine said that the realtor is just a realtor and all they wanna do is get you to buy the house. All the work is on you. While it's true that we did put in a lot of work to purchase our first home, we had the pleasure of doing it with what felt like a genuine partnership with Miguel. We were in the trenches, and he was right there with us every step of the way. We couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the outset, Miguel demonstrated impressive expertise in the geographic market of our interest, guiding us through this complex process. One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Miguel was his ability to determine a competitive purchasing price that not only fit our budget but also considered the future resale value of the area. His strategic approach to pricing and negotiation genuinely set him apart and played a crucial role in securing our dream home at the best possible price. Miguel was incredibly involved throughout every step of our home search and the closing process. Given that we are first-time homeowners, we appreciate that he is still checking in to help with advice on action items to work on as we prepare for our move. His commitment to our family's needs was evident in his willingness to be available for questions and concerns at all hours, ensuring that we were comfortable and informed at every stage. His regular check-ins were not only a testament to his professionalism but also made us feel valued and supported throughout what could have been an overwhelming process. Moreover, Miguel went above and beyond in his interactions with our family. He was always friendly and approachable, making even the tedious aspects of house hunting enjoyable. The thoughtful gestures of bringing gifts for our daughters during our many car rides were a delightful touch that brought smiles and excitement to our search. These personal touches truly made a difference, demonstrating his genuine care and consideration for our entire family's experience. He is professional but also just a really great guy. In summary, Miguel is not just a realtor with unparalleled market knowledge and negotiation skills; he is a compassionate and dedicated professional who puts his clients' happiness and satisfaction at the forefront of his work. We are immensely grateful for his guidance, support, and kindness throughout our home-buying journey. We highly recommend Miguel to anyone looking to navigate the real estate market with a trusted, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring partner by their side.
