My experience with Yvette Chavez was a wonderful experience. She was the relator helping me sell my late father's home. This process did not start out easy for her, but she remained patient throughout. Once we got the house on the market everything went fast. The photos of the house brought so much more life to the story we were telling. She was great with communicating everything we needed to do or what to expect. She was very knowledgeable about the market and what we should list the house for. She was quick to respond to a phone call, text, or email. We ended up selling about 3-4 days after listing. The closing came a week and a half later with no issues. This was a very sensitive and personal experience that I went through, and I can't imagine having any other realtor there with me. At the end, the night of closing, she did what I believe no other realtor would do. She gave me a personalized gift that she put her whole heart into. It was the most thoughtful, unforgettable gift that will last a lifetime. The special details that she paid to this whole project were just so amazing. I could not have asked for a more invested, knowledgeable, kindhearted realtor to help me close this chapter of my life. I will be forever grateful. I would 100% recommend her to anyone needing a great realtor and company. Thank you so much!
