It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial for Amanda Robinson who was my agent to sell my antique home in Wellfleet, MA. She is one of the best agents I have had the privilege of working with among the many I have encountered through the purchase and/or sale of homes in a number of states where I have lived over the years.  Amanda is analytical. She prepared an excellent evaluation of the property at the start of the process and then carefully guided me into listing it. As you may know, properties in Wellfleet are all different and mine was an antique home which makes it even less comparable to others. I was fortunate, therefore, to be able to rely on Amanda's experience and judgment with the confidence that the correct sales strategy was in place.  Amanda is a good judge of people. She was always on the mark in sorting among the potential buyers as to their seriousness of interest. The ones who came close were always the ones whom she singled out as likely candidates. In the end, as she foresaw, we encountered three offers on the house and a bit of a bidding war.  Amanda has a keen understanding of the market. This particular market was changing at a good clip from the date of listing to the date of sale, with a winter break in between. She kept her finger on the pulse throughout and skillfully steered the sales strategy as needed. She provided clear and convincing advice in helping me make decisions as we moved forward.  Amanda is delightful to work with. She displays cheerfulness and friendliness, and carries a contagiously upbeat spirit. These traits combined with her overall competence and operational excellence will always engender confidence and trust in whoever she works with. I was fortunate to have her as my agent.
