Tyler was amazing! I was a little apprehensive at going with an agent that I had just been paired with from an app. But Tyler was willing to give it his all from the gecko. He was incredibly patient even when I changed my mind. It’s last minute, completely forgot about a scheduled Taurus and changed my mind in what I wanted from a home about every hour in the first week that I met him. He understood that things had changed drastically in rapidly for us, and that meant that my priorities and our requirements in a property were also rapidly changing, and he rolled with the punches and was very good natured about it. Time on my side every minute of the home buying experience. When I found a house that I was interested in and I put in an offer and it became a parent that the seller with either not ready to actually sell the home or they were going to push and try to push the cost above the listing and I decided to let it go. He was with me 100% and a couple days later when I found my dream home, he not only got me $50,000 less than asking he got several repairs done in the 10 days it took to close, almost the whole laundry, list of minor repairs listed on the inspection! Thanks to Tyler, I’m not only living in my dream home, I am able to do some upgrades right out of the gate that are gonna make it absolutely perfect.
