We engaged Agent Caroline Johnson to rent our home and could not be more pleased with the service. She was consultative from the get go: sharing market insights, fixes needed to the property and valuable inputs from the showings. We rented our home in less than a month to a wonderful tenant. She carried the full weight end to end of the negotiation and even transfer of utilities. She was our true advocate in the process. We're extremely pleased with the high touch service and would recommend her 100%.
