I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Delgado at Doors Management & Leasing. After a very stressful and disappointing experience with a previous property management company, Crystal completely turned things around for me. From day one, she was professional, intentional, and incredibly thorough. Her communication is clear and consistent, and she takes the time to address every request down to the smallest detail. She never makes you feel rushed or overlooked—on the contrary, she makes you feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported as a property owner. Being a homeowner can be extremely stressful, especially when you’re constantly getting nickel-and-dimed for every issue or mistake left behind by a renter. Crystal understands that stress and proactively works to ease it. She made the entire onboarding process smooth and seamless, and the transition from my previous management company was handled with care and precision. Thanks to Crystal, I actually feel confident and at ease again as a property owner. Her professionalism and dedication truly set her apart, and she has restored my trust in property management. I highly recommend her and Doors Management & Leasing to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and owner-focused property manager.
