We were so grateful to have Cynthia as our Realtor. She was on top of everything and made buying our first home so much easier to navigate. We felt lucky to have her and her team of specialists to count on throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Cynthia to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I do not typically write reviews, but Cynthia warrants one. I was referred to Cynthia (along with Colleen Curtis, an agent & professional stager) to list my mother’s home. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detailed oriented. They explained exactly what needed to be done to the house to sell in a timely manner, which sold in a week, above asking price. Throughout the process, Cynthia was consistently professional, responsive, and attentive to my needs. Cynthia navigated every step with confidence and skill, keeping me informed and reassured throughout the transaction. Thanks to Cynthia & Colleen’s hard work and dedication, my home sold quickly and at a price that exceeded my expectations. I am immensely grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Cynthia is a lovely young professional agent. She is very knowledgeable and savvy. She got my property sold.

Cynthia came HIGHLY recommended to us by our daughter. Cynthia is fantastic! She is very friendly, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, has a large number of connections for everything you need to make your move as positive as possible. We got our house on the market just as the market had almost come to a standstill. She worked tirelessly with/for us, marketing our house in many different ways. When the house sold, she caringly walked us through every single step of closing and was genuinely excited for us with our new home. We could not ask for a better realtor, and now a life-friend. We will never use a different realtor.

Cynthia was great to work with and I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!

Cynthia is wonderful. She's on top of everything and was very good at marketing our home. She helped us figure out where our price should be and gave us sound advise on where we stood in the market. She's great, cannot recommend her enough!

Shelley was great to work with! As out of state buyers she went the extra mile to make sure we found the right house. She is very knowledgeable about purchasing new homes and dealing with builders. Shelley made our purchase smooth and less stressful. I would highly recommend her for home buying and selling.

If we could have the option of rating Cynthia 10 stars we would in a heartbeat! She listened to us to understand what we needed in a new home and went the extra mile in helping us find it by providing resources for us to view. She is proactive in giving us information ahead of time to help us work with the mortgage company. She has great connections to help with anything from inspections to repairs. Even after closing she made herself available to answer any questions we had about our new home. She is in this for the long term and we feel we have now gained a dear friend!
