I would highly recommend Robin Morrow if you are looking to buy or sell a house. I worked with her to purchase my condo and found her to be the perfect match for what I needed. Robin was very knowledgeable and professional, efficient and patient, as well as an excellent communicator. She was always available and responsive to my many questions throughout the entire process. She was fully aware of and ready for next steps, from providing me a timeline to questioning and opening negotiations with the seller’s agent. I never felt any pressure and on the contrary felt like she had all the time in the world for me to ask questions and reflect on answers to those questions. I was so grateful that she was always ready to ask the hard questions of the seller and their agent. Robin went beyond to help me understand the selling-by-owner of my home. She knew all the right questions to ask and helped me coordinate the entire process of buying as well as selling. Robin is a wealth of information and an incredible resource for all aspects of real estate. If you need a good agent she is it!
