Bobby supported our selling process from start to finish. He brought in contractors to coach us what to fix and update before we listed. Put us in touch with every vendor we needed to get reports before selling the house. Provided design guidance and worked with us to put the house in the best possible position to list. Once the house launched on a Friday Bobby was at the open house where he met our eventual buyer. He worked closely following up on all leads and was able to get us under contract with a full price offer within 8 days of being on the market! In the toughest real estate market for sellers since I have owned a home! He attended buyers inspection, coordinated with them regularly to make sure financing was on track, and had our house closed within 5 weeks of listing it! As a former commercial real estate broker and current commercial real estate investor, I cannot recommend Bobby enough for his professionalism, dedication to his clients, and ability to close a deal which is the #1 most important factor buying or selling in a tough real estate market.
