Mary Jeffrey is supremely competent. She anticipates problems and solves them proactively. Having used her services twice, I would recommend her to anyone.

Mary is the best.

Mary Jeffrey is the best I have ever dealt with. She is above and beyond,

We are a young family that relocated from MN to MS looking for a home for our family. Mary Jeffery was absolutely phenomenal to work with! She was very detail orientated and her years of experience was very valuable! We can not say better things about Mary! We will recommend her to everyone we know in the TN/MS area!

I worked with Mary to purchase 2 homes. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and very adept at negotiation. I felt secure in the fact I was entering into good contracts due to her expertise. She is very responsive and attentive, ensuring that things moved along timely. I would highly recommend Mary and her team for your real estate needs.

Both Mary and Katy were great during the entire process of both buying a home andselling a home. They outlined each step of the process at the start of the sell andassisted in organizing every detail to ensure the best possible experience and offerfor the home. Both use their expertise and experience to great effect and kept mefully informed about everything that happened and could happen. I highlyrecommend Mary and Katy for any home purchase/sell.

I had a great experience - particularly for a purchase made while I was out-of-state and having never seen the property in-person when our offer was accepted. From several FaceTime video tours to recommendations for local contractors, I felt was well taken care of and had complete faith in my agent. Despite everyone's surprise with the low appraisal number that we received, the transaction was simple and straight-forward from my perspective. I know there was additional work to be done by the agents and attorneys behind the scenes to address a title issue that came up, but I was kept in the loop and it was a seamless transaction from my view. I will gladly recommend Mary, Katy, and Crye-Leike to others.

Katy and Mary are absolutely fantastic. As a first-time homebuyer, I had done some research, but was overall completely unfamiliar with the home buying process. Katy and Mary took so much time to explain everything in-depth, which really built my confidence in my decisions throughout the process. Even in this competitive market, they worked tirelessly to find me the PERFECT home, and along the way they did not let me compromise on what I was ultimately searching for, even when I felt the constraints of the market. I highly recommend Katy, Mary, and Crye-Leike to anyone looking to purchase a home!
