Doug was exceptional !! In this volatile market of low inventory, rising interest rates and competitive bidding , it's difficult for the seller to assess the strength of the market, to look at their home dispassionately , and then see it's strengths and weaknesses. Doug did a comparative listings research so that the list pricing reflected those strengths and weaknesses and detailed the reasoning for the listing price. The results were 2 offers with escalating bids within 24 hrs of listing, and a cash closing within 2wks of a signed contract. He shared those insights with me EVERY step along the way.
