Lanh is very professional and is always very quick to respond. He helped my wife and I find our first home (which we love) without any pressure or hurry to buy. Lanh made the entire home buying process a breeze!

Lanh has been great helping me buy my first house. He is extremely accessible and almost too efficient. No details went without his examination, and the result has been great!

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Lanh Vu's real estate service. From my first appointment to the last day of escrow, Mr. Vu has exemplified great knowledge and expertise in real estate sales. Everything he promised he delivered. Below are some of the things I commend him for: • He sold my house above market value within a short period of time. • He has an established portfolio of buyers ready to buy. • He advised me of details that saved my renovation cost to prep and stage the house. • He managed showing appointments efficiently, and expressed utmost respect for my family’s privacy and conveniences. • His guidance during escrow was clear and detailed. • He scheduled my transition to my next place of residence with ease. In addition to his knowledge and skill, he displayed a positive attitude and humble spirit every time we met. Good job, Lanh! Best regards, J. Jones

Dear Lanh, Ray and I want to thank you for your assistance in listing our home, showing our home, and of course selling our home in Garden Grove. Setting a listing price, that we thought was too high, you had all the confidence we could pull it off. We were thrilled when you called and in your calm voice said “The open house went very well. We have multiple offers on your home and several for more than the list price” all of this happening within a week of listing our home on MLS. From the beginning and throughout the closing process, we really appreciated how you were on top of things and how you kept us informed. We were so pleased that every phone call or text message to answer our questions or calm our concerns was returned so quickly! You were very thorough, professional, and remarkably patient which made the selling process so much easier for us. We would recommend you and your services to anyone that wanted to have a quality professional realtor experience.

To Whom it May Concern: It is with pleasure and gratitude that we share comments on our experience with Lanh Vu in the listing and sale of our home. While we have bought and sold a number of houses, we have never before encountered such a level of excellence. The experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior, such as innovative efforts in developing prospects, useful insights on pre-listing renovations/staging, effective showings and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations/due diligence. All of these tasks, whether business-related or interpersonal, were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competence, humility, integrity and grace. Thus, we highly recommend Lanh Vu for residential real estate needs. Best regards, Brandon Le - Sharron Le

Dear Lanh Vu, We would like to take this opportunity to formally thank you for your outstanding services in finding us our new home. With being first-time home buyers, and unfamiliar with the real estate market, your expertise, knowledge and guidance created a welcoming environment which made hard decisions seem effortless. The journey of finding the perfect home can be extremely stressful and demanding, however, your patience and determination is what made the difference. From exploring short sales to micro-analyzing fully remodeled homes, you guided us into making the best decision with the evidence given. Simply put, you made us feel as if we were the only clients you were working with. Even with your busy schedule, you were always available via phone, text and email to answer any and all of our questions. You even took it one step further to spend the time to educate us rather than simply providing different options. What we enjoyed the most was your absolute honesty and confidence in getting the job done. There are so many variables when buying a home and inevitable obstacles will arise, however, you handled those dilemmas head on and with extreme professionalism and poise. Thank you for making our home buying experience the most of what it can be. Keep up the good work!

Lanh Vu was a great real estate agent. Also prompt when meeting us at houses and very good communication skills. Always answered any questions or concerns that I had during our home buying process
