Dan made selling our home so easy. He handled all the negotiating and was always letting us know what was going on. I really believe that we wouldn’t have sold our home so successfully if we didn’t have Dan. There is no one else I would trust when buying or selling a home.

Dan DeForest is the man!! Prior to listing the house he came and evaluated the house and gave his input on what repairs or improvements we should look into and what repairs or upgrades would be a waste of time and resources. Dan moves quick and gets things done. Some realtors don't put in the effort and are looking to make a quick sale. Dan is NOT one of those realtors. My expectation was exceeded before the house was even listed. Dan was readily available to bounce ideas off or he would even reach back out to me by phone if I sent a short question by text. Not only is Dan great but his team behind him is great as well. The photographer was excellent and his contacts get things done. Dan was able to secure an outstanding offer and the house was in escrow within 24hrs of being listed. Dan has my business for life.
Dan has been a great help we had some issues with our new home, but Dan has been great all the way through and has promised us he will be there as long as we need him, that's a great relieve.
