Working with Catherine was an amazing experience! For starters, she came highly recommended by another Carolina One Agent that I normally work with in the Charleston area. We were looking for a second home/short term rental in Murrells Inlet, so Catherine and I connected and I went over a few of the properties my husband and I were interested in. She was so knowledgeable about the area which helped to narrow down our choices to view when we came to visit. We came up on a Sunday, and she already had everything mapped out on the order we would view the properties. At the end of our "tour" she said to us, "I want to take you by this one new development if you don't mind. I haven't seen it yet, but I heard it's really nice", so we agreed. It was all new construction, so we viewed a condo and a couple of townhomes. There was one, one-story townhome left for sale which we fell in love with. Long story short, within a couple of days we were under contract. Because I don't the area and didn't know much at all about the covenants and restrictions for the development, Catherine was key to helping us get all of our questions answered. She even helped to put us in touch with a property manager in that area who has turned out to me amazing as well. I am in the mortgage industry and work with buyers every day, and I know the "curve balls" that can come with buying a home, but this was the smoothest process ever. I thank Catherine for that and highly recommend her to anyone looking in the Myrtle Beach (and surrounding) area. I hope to do business with her again in the near future!

Prior to my trip to Myrtle Beach from Massachusetts, Catherine had already visited homes that I found on the web, and she provided video showings of the homes and property before we ever met.
