Jaymi goes above & beyond. She was very patient with my million questions as I was comparing Point and an online lender. Ultimately going with Jaymi at Point helped us to not loose the deal for at least 3 seperate occasions. Initially with quick pre-approval modifications. Later with unique appraisal issues, Jaymi escalated the issue to help it get resolved quickly. We were told the other side would have walked away without this. Finally, she loaned us the the difference when we were short a few hundred dollars for closing to avoid delays. I highly recommend her!

Jaymi did a phenomenal job with my home financing..... My loan wasn't easy due to being a VA loan but she walked me through every step. I had gone through a recent job change and Jaymi was incredibly helpful in securing my mortgage despite the change in job. Everything was very smooth, which was a stark contrast to other mortgage companies I was talking to! Thank you to Jaymi and her team!

Jaymi took a lot of the stress of buying my home off of me. I did appreciate all of the stuff that I was able to do online or through a portal to get the closing done so much quicker than I remember it being. However, there were 2 issues that I had. The first was that I missed an interest rate of 5.88%, but had to settle for 6.125%. I do not show ever getting the email with that rate. The second was Jaymi's assistant forgot to send my paperwork into the government while Jaymi was out of the office and that delayed my closing by 1 day. I had to pay an extra day for a loaded U-Haul that had to sit because of her assistant's mistake. When I presented the receipt to Point Mortgage. They said that there was nothing that they would be able to do for me.
