I highly recommend Jacob Friedman for your realtor. I met Jacob at an open house while I was doing some advance work in selling my old house and finding something new. I had no one in mind for a realtor and only a bad experience with my last one. It was clear from the start Jacob was different. He listened to my story and what I was looking to do. He came out, assessed my old, old house understood my budget concerns and came up with a plan that we both thought would work for me (going the “wholesale” route to keep my costs down) but it didn’t.
