This decision was made only a few weeks before school started. My wife called Kathy last minute, and she changed her schedule last minute, and was available to go almost 6 hours away to show us some homes. She expertly guided us with our decision, and we were able to choose and purchase a very nice home within our budget, and timeline. The process was very easy and smooth. Kathy was available even after hours to do the negotiating and to answer our questions. She is very talented, intelligent, and dedicated to her work.
