I am thrilled to recommend Lucy and her incredible team! More than just brokers, they truly embody a customer-focused approach that transforms the property acquisition and sales process into a seamless, enjoyable experience. Lucy's support was invaluable. She was a tremendous advisor, advocate, and collaborator in our process. We were remote, so Lucy functioned as a project manager for upgrades and repairs and made sure everything was done in my absence with excellence. Her communication style is spot-on—always engaging but never overbearing. She worked diligently behind the scenes with other brokers, lenders, and attorneys, taking as much off my plate as possible and allowing me to focus on what mattered most. I wholeheartedly give Lucy my highest recommendation! If you're seeking an experienced professional who prioritizes quality service and meaningful relationships over mere transactions, working with Lucy is the best choice you can make. You won’t regret it!

I am currently renting a condo, and the owners decided to sell, so I would no longer be able to continue renting. They asked if I would like their realtor, Lucy, to reach out to me to help me find a new place to rent. I said yes, and Lucy stepped in immediately. She spent countless hours answering messages, setting me up with an MLS search, and setting up what seemed like a never-ending series of showings. She went extremely above and beyond to help me find a new place to rent (imagine what she'd do to help you BUY!), and I was extremely grateful for it. I am no longer going to be homeless at the end of the month, and she played a HUGE role in making sure I found something. I would recommend Lucy to anyone looking to find a home, and I hope to be able to use her for that in the future when I'm in a place to buy.

Lucy Matune has been my realtor twice now for home purchases, and once for resale. She is very attentive to what you need and goes above & beyond for you. If you're looking for someone who is there when you need them and willing to get the job done, Lucy is your best option!

Lucy was the best realtor! She helped us buy our first house and always made time for us when we had questions or wanted to see a new property. She's incredibly knowledgable about the market, what to look for, and she tells it like it is. The home-buying process is so stressful, but Lucy made it less so. Thank you Lucy!

Transparency, honesty, hard-working…these are some of Lucy Matune’s assets. She knows the market extremely well. Best realtor around!
