Scott Risi was our real estate agent assisting us in selling two of our homes. We had bought and sold homes several times in the past, but never had we encountered an agent like Scott. First, he has a background in home appraisals which is a useful skill when determining the listing price. Second, he almost always picked up the phone when we called regarding questions or feedback, and if he didn’t immediately pick up, it was less than 30 minutes for him to return our call. Third, the landscape company we had hired to take care of our lawn had failed to show up; thus a neighbor alerted us as to the engulfing jungle of grass. Since we had already moved and despite calling several lawn care companies to come out urgently who declined, Scott went above and beyond and mowed our lawn!!! He also dug into the previous records and discovered we had more square footage than we had thought given the previous contractor/owner’s claims on square footage. He is very determined to do all he can to get your home sold in a timely manner. We have already recommended him to several friends and they have also been blown away by his work ethic, knowledge of the local market, and ease with handling the sale of their homes. As first-time home-buyers, we could not be more grateful for Scott!
