We have worked with Kathleen for years and could NOT be more impressed! She is the consummate professional: proactive, smart, and consistently successful. Just THE BEST!!!
Kathleen is amazing! Equal parts personable, helpful, and professional, working with Kathleen made the rental process very easy. Will definitely recommend Kathleen in the future
Kathleen made the process of renting our condo seamless. She made every step easy for us to manage. We appreciate Kathleen and will use her for years to come!
We had the absolute best experience working with Kathleen to find our new apartment in Boston. From start to finish, she was responsive, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for. She made the entire process feel seamless and low-stress, even in a competitive market. Kathleen’s attention to detail, honesty, and genuine care made all the difference. We couldn’t be happier with our new apartment and our experience. Highly recommend working with her!!
Kathleen offered everything we needed from a Realtor and more. We requested last minute to see a property and she made it happen. Without even asking she had other properties ready to show us, one of them being the exact one we wanted! Kathleen worked hand in hand to help us through the lease contract as well as get back into the apartment for extra measurements and photos. 10/10 recommended her guidance and professionalism
You cannot go wrong working with Kathleen. I truly believe she’s like no other agent. I have worked with dozens of agents buying and selling properties. Kathleen put the effort into finding us a rental as if we were selling a multimillion dollar property. Seriously. No one will work harder for you. She is wildly communicative, professional and truly has your best interest at heart. So glad we found her!
Kathleen is a gem and we highly recommend her as a realtor. She helped us find our apartment virtually. Kathleen went above and beyond scouting out buildings we were interested in. Her FaceTime showings were priceless and saved us so much time. We ended up finding a great apartment and were more pleased with our choice in person! Thank you so much Kathleen!!!
