Five stars is all I can give? Janine was amazing, patient and intuitive. She spent time, not just showing us houses, but painstakingly finding the homes that had the qualities we were looking for. She was always available for anything we needed. When it came time to negotiate she got us everything we wanted (and a couple of things we didn't even know to ask for!) I can't express how easy and stress-free she made the entire process. Thank you Janine!

If you’re looking for a realtor who is energetic, caring, hardworking, Janine Beaulieu is your girl!! She is devoted and will help find you the perfect home! Truly the best !!

Janine truly went above and beyond when helping me sell my Nocatee home. She was always there for my questions, calmed every concern, and did it all with a warm smile. Now she’s guiding me through a new build, and I’m beyond excited. Thank you, Janine, for everything you’ve done and continue to do!

Janine was fantastic. She handled both the sale of our existing home and purchase of a new home and made the process seamless. She held our hand through the entire journey, taking calls at all times during the day. I highly recommend Janine to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the area.

Awesome awesome awesome

My husband and I met Janine Beaulieu while researching the Nocatee area open houses. Although not looking for a realtor at the time, we immediately were impressed at the way Janine executed her open houses. She was attentive and informed while not being overly pushy. We can’t say enough positive things about Janine as she went above and beyond selling our home and helping us find our dream home. Janine is a treasure and will work hard for you and your family.

I have known Janine Beaulieu for seven years. She was one of the first people I met when I moved to St. Augustine. We worked together as educators, and she was our team lead. Janine is incredibly easy to work with: responsive, organized, and patient. So, when my childhood friends decided to move here, I didn’t hesitate to recommend her as their realtor. I knew they would be in good hands because Janine genuinely cares about helping people find the right home- not just making a sale. I am happy to say my friends are now settled in, absolutely love with their new home, and are so thankful Janine helped make the transition smooth and stress-free!

Our experience with Janine was excellent. We weren't even sure if it was possible to do this while living so far away. Janine made things simple for us and went the extra mile when we needed certain things that we simply couldn't do not being in that area. Definitely one of our most positive experiences!
