Bond made the whole process simple, and for the most part worry free. Thanks for your time and effort.

Bond did a wonderful job representing us in our home purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is very responsive; he was accessible by phone, email and text. Bond knows the Olympia area very well and seems to have a good working relationship with other realtors. He was never "pushy;" he pointed out everything we needed to know - enough so that we could make informed decisions. I highly recommend Bond.

I have known Bond Finseth for years, spending several working together. This could have been his first or thousandth home trans action and I still would have opted to work with him. I know his character well enough to trust him with my money and to be honest and fair throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond at every turn, even breaking into a “new market” and footing the bill to get registered there. He got three stars for “local knowledge” because he is not a local to the Yakima area, and that’s okay (I’m not a participation trophy type of person). He compensated for it by learning fast and finding creative ways to help us find and purchase a home. When it comes time to buy and/or sell again, Bond already has my business.

Very pleasant to work with. Extremely helpful with video walkthroughs since we were unable to be there! Informative of location. Very friendly and professional.

If you're looking for a realtor, especially if you're military, look no further than Bond Finseth at Windermere Real Estate! As a veteran, he just gets it – the stresses of PCSing, retiring, and relocating. We were in a seriously tough spot, retiring from the military and moving overseas in a very short window. Bond was a lifesaver. We always felt like Bond put us first. His communication was amazing – even after we'd moved abroad, he worked around the time difference and kept us in the loop constantly. He really went to bat for us and handled the whole sale honestly and accurately. We were already living overseas when our house listed, sold, and closed, and Bond managed everything flawlessly. The closing was so smooth! He remained professional throughout and, with his team, helped us get a fantastic result on our sale. Seriously, Bond was a pleasure to work with. We can't recommend him enough for anyone buying or selling – he's fantastic!
