We recently worked with Tammy Elkins during the construction of our new vacation home, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the beginning, Tammy showed exceptional professionalism, expertise and communication. Tammy has an in-depth understanding of the building process from years of experience in all phases of new construction. She gave valuable advice that helped us make informed decisions at every stage, from the ground up. We continually relied on her knowledge when making all the many decisions, on everything from materials to color selections. Tammy kept us informed and updated, plus promptly answered questions we had along the way. Communication was extremely important in our particular situation, since our new home was in Tennessee and we live in Texas. She more than met our expectations in a real estate agent, absolutely nothing was overlooked. Her ability to navigate obstacles and keep the project on track was truly impressive. Tammy Elkins is an outstanding real estate agent who goes above and beyond on behalf of her clients. We would recommend Tammy to anyone in need of a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional.

Tammy Elkins is phenomenal! Over the years as needs have changed, she’s made selling and buying a house for me as seamless as possible. She is incredibly responsive and an expert in her field. She takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and hones in on client preferences to help with the new home search. The service she provides is exceptional. Highly recommend Tammy!
