Jo Ann puts together a market analysis of the area(s) she is serving that I found very helpful in educating myself about trends in my area. Not something you see for a majority of real estate professionals. Jo Ann was a pleasure to work with and made valuable recommendations throughout the sales process. Easy to contact and communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Jo Ann is absolutely fabulous. She has sold 2 houses for me and help me buy 2 houses. Extremely patient. Very knowledgeable in all phases of buying or selling a home. Very diligent as far as response to question. Response to phone calls and texts. She enjoys her work and it shows every day. I would hire her again if i needed to buy or sell a home.

Jo Ann is professional, efficient, and communicating every step of the way. She really has a way of helping us stay calm, from putting the house on the market to the close. I would want to work with her again!

Our experience with Jo Ann Burke was excellent overall! She is very responsive and has detailed knowledge of the area. Her expertise was extremely valuable to us since we had limited knowledge of the area. She was very thorough and explained things every step of the way. We would definitely use her services again in the future!

Jo Ann was very helpful and had wonderful suggestions on how to market our house. She’s extremely knowledgeable in rural areas and was a pleasure to work with. Her skill and expertise as a realtor was greatly appreciated. She walked us through the process, and was very responsive when we had questions. I’m pleased to say that I highly recommend Jo Ann as a realtor ... without reservation. She is a great asset to Dickson Realty and I wish her continued success. Whoever gets her as their realtor, whether buying or selling, will be lucky. She works tirelessly for her clients and follows through until the end. Thanks Jo Ann for making a stressful situation less stressful. Your help was greatly appreciated. You made it happen.

Buying and selling is stressful!! Jo Ann has the most amazing temperament and made it such a calming experience for me. Her expertise of the market and area were masterful. I highly recommend Jo Ann Burke.

Jo Ann Burke was professional and a pleasure to work with on the sale of my home! Her knowledge base was excellent and she would find the answer if she didn’t know! The experience was a good one! We are pleased! Thank you for your integrity and passion in what you do!

Priced my house appropriately for how quickly we wanted to sell. Returned all calls same day and helped with any annoying problem that came up. She did not mind contacting lenders to get time frames, etc.

Jo Ann is an absolute professional. I would recommend her any time. Very helpful. Great to work with. Helped us sell our house then helped us buy one. She was very patient with us. We weren't the easiest to work with. We had problems with a few houses but finally made it through.

Jo Ann was great to work with. She has excellent knowledge of the local market, and of the real estate transaction process. She always responded promptly and was professional throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend her.
