Jackie and I were referred to Laurie by a friend who is a realtor in the Tampa area. We live in PA, but we felt as though we lived around the corner from her. From the beginning, she began asking all the right questions as we did not really know what we were looking for other than a 2 bedroom condo. We knew parts of Marco, but were not familiar with the entire island. Laurie understands Marco well and with her questions she quickly understood the filters to use in our search. She was extremely patient as our ability to travel and see properties was problematic. We took one trip to Marco but our trip was cut short. Finally, despite being long distance, we settled on a home that she gave us a "FaceTime" tour of which was awesome. Having already met her in person and developing that trust we felt comfortable with making our decision. From the time the offer was accepted, Laurie was awesome. Her and her team made this the easiest closing Jackie and I have ever had! She made great lender and closing attorney recommendations. We found a home we can call our own and will be part of our life for our remaining years!
