Thanks Chad for all your help finding my Florida home! You were always available and helped guide me through purchasing my home! I’m so glad I reached out to you and I will surely recommend you to others looking to purchase a new home!
Chad is the epitome of a Real Estate Agent. When people do a Google search on a perfect real estate agent, Chad Long‘s name should appear at the top of the list. He has been helping us find the right home for the last few years and has held our hand the whole way. He has shown us many properties but still had the patience of Job. We finally found a house with Chad. He did whatever it took to negotiate the best price and to get the deal done. I would highly recommend Chad.
Chad was an excellent agent to work with. He handled the entire transaction seamlessly and made us feel at ease every step of the way! I can’t recommend Chad Long enough for all Real Estate needs!
Chad exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. Responsiveness and knowledge was fantastic and reassuring. We are so pleased to have worked with Chad.
We are out of state. Chad quarterbacked this whole transaction from start to finish. He went out of his way on many occasions to make sure everything was to satisfaction.
