Ruby did a fantastic job!! Whatever you are paying her is not enough.
Question: when 5 stars is Excellent - the best you can get - why do you have 10 numbers out there? That’s confusing.
Ruby Von Shwerin is an exceptional business person, classy, elegant in both her personal approach, sharp outlook and strategic thinking. She is one of there very few business people who can endure long, frustrating times when things seemingly froze and diligently and steadily work toward the finish line without loss of focus and cool.
In our case she singlehandedly managed the sale of our Teno house and took care of all detailes and communications while we were busy with our move to Boston and very serious health issues.
Having Ruby at the helm of our house sale allowed us to completely concentrate on our irgent issues. That level of carr amd reliability is very rare today.
Thank you, Ruby.
We first worked with Ruby in 2001 when we purchased our home. My sister purchased a home with Ruby and my parents did also. Ruby has been our trusted realtor for almost 25 years. She’s a very special person. Real estate is not a job for Ruby - it is a passion.
From the beginning of our search for a home at Sierra Canyon, to the closing of escrow on our new home, Ruby was our consummate representative. Again and again she demonstrated her knowledge of the area and the process. We knew she was representing our best interests at all times. We would highly recommend Ruby con Schwerin to anyone looking for a Realtor.
