Jeff and Carina Cutler helped me buy a single family home in Kings Beach. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and ridiculously helpful. After my first purchase, I went ahead and hired them again to help me buy an off-market unit in a Tahoe Vista lakefront condo complex. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and answered all of my questions, making both purchases super easy. Now whenever I need advice about rental strategy or who to hire for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, I call them. I highly recommend the Tahoe City based Cutler Team Realtors; they know their stuff and are a joy to work with.

Carina and her team recently contacted Nevada City Engineering to conduct a boundary survey for a remote site in the Truckee area. This was a complex boundary, and Carina and her team were helpful and understanding of the timelines involved with the survey. It was a true pleasure working with Carina, and I look forward to working with her again.

I have worked with Carina on a professional level and she is a client of ours. Carina takes the time to understand each situation, evaluated it and come up with the best solutions possible for all parties involved. She is always available to take a call and assist us with whatever is going on. If has anything to do with buying, selling or property management, I highly recommend using Jeff and Carina Cutler.

I am writing to highly recommend Carina and Jeff Cutler Real Estate as knowledgable, attentive and highly professional realtors in the North Lake Tahoe area. I was looking to sell my home and buy a new home in a limited area. Their knowledge of the Tahoe market and this particular area was extensive and extremely helpful. From the first interview to subsequent meetings, they provided me with valuable information on preparing my house and researching the market for the purchase of my new home. Carina and Jeff both took the time to understand my situation and gave me advice tailored to my specific needs. Carina has a lovely calming demeanor that made the experience so much less stressful. Jeff is a real estate attorney who presented and clarified the legal aspects of home selling and buying, which was very helpful throughout the process. Their expertise was evident throughout, they know the Tahoe market extremely well and it gave me security in knowing they helped guide me to good decisions in buying my new home. I wholeheartedly recommend Carina and Jeff to anyone seeking a trusted realtor in the North Lake Tahoe area.

Carina is a kind person, a great communicator, and made a lot of effort to help me find options in a difficult market. She clearly knows A TON about the North Tahoe area, and was able to pull together ideas that I hadn’t considered. Thank you very much, Carina!!!

Fantastic realtors. Carina and Jeff went way beyond what was expected of them to make a deal happen for us and to help us navigate some unforeseen challenges that I encountered. I rarely go out of my way to recommend anyone, but I would highly recommend Carina and Jeff.

Carina went the extra mile to sell my home and in doing so sold it above asking price! She navigated any problem that arose professionally and logically resulting in the rapid and above asking price sale of my home. Would work with them again in a second!
