Our townhouse went on the market in late September, the worst time to apparently sell in Myrtle Beach, realtors told us then. Interest rates and the economy didn't help. We hired our own agent. And then, I was hired by Hearst to work at WJCL TV in Savannah. Hearst has a great relocation package. We switched agents, choosing from a list provided by the relocation company, with Berkshire Hathaway. The house went back on the market in December under them. Numerous open houses but we had no offers and very few showings. Then, that agent suddenly got a new job at BH (I had to ask about it-- they did not forewarn us). We went with another BH agent. Again, some open houses and a few showings, but no offers. We dropped them when a contract expired and your company was reccomended by the relo company. In 10 days, Renee had several showings and we had 3 offers, with the best being a cash offer for asking price (which we dropped 4 times while it was on the market). Renee is a pro's pro. We are so thankful to finally get it sold.
