The Villa, was on the market for a year and we took it off the market , got a new real estate man and he sold it in approximately one month. I would recommend Trent to anyone.

Trent is the best realtor in KC! He helped our family purchase a second home in the KC area and was so knowledgeable about every neighborhood we considered. His ability to negotiate in a very tight market helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Trent always made time for us to get in and see homes that had just hit the market. His response time to our many texts and emails and requests was unbeatable. It’s such an advantage to work with Trent!

Trent did an incredible job helping us sell our first home and I couldn’t recommend him more. We’d had a mediocre experience with our first realtor, so when preparing to sell we met with a couple of different agents before making a decision. In the end, Trent’s attention to detail, and all that his services included at no extra cost to us (professional staging, high quality marketing materials, and best of all, a pre-showing deep cleaning!) really set him apart from the rest. He had a large amount of market knowledge, and answered all of our questions quickly throughout the process. Within two days we had 15 offers, and he did an excellent job both with negotiating to get us the absolute best deal, but also in helping us compare the offers thanks to his knowledge of local agents, lenders, etc. We sold our house more quickly and for a much higher price than we’d ever hoped. Additionally, while we were going through an extremely stressful time preparing to move out of state, take on new jobs, etc. and he really took so much stress off of our plates. If we were staying local we would 100% use him again!

Trent was so helpful in our home buying and selling process. He is very knowledgeable of the greater Kansas City market and could zero in on new listings that fit our wish list. He sold our current home in less than 24 hours and we couldn’t have found and won our dream home without him! Thank you Trent!!

I met Trent off an internet inquiry i selected over a weekend. was interested in just looking. my previous relator was out of town. the house wasnt what i was looking for and gave him what i was looking for. he set me up on mls and the filtered selection was what i was looking for. I continued to use Trent after my previous relator returned. Trent was on it and after about 4-5 house showings I found what I was looking for.I was in negotiations on two homes and Trent knew both agents. On the first I didnt get it but it worked out on the second house I got it and was much nicer. Trent has excellent knowledge base and seems to know alot of agents. He also has a contractor for everything it seems like. Overall I was lucky to find him. If you need an experienced agent I would recommend Trent

Trent helped us purchase our new home and sell our current home and was amazing! His passion and negations skills truly set him apart from any other agent. He worked tirelessly to make the process a breeze on both sales for us! He’s relationships on the industry allowed us to secure the home we wanted in a extremely competitive market! I would highly recommend giving him a call!!
