We were nearly 1,400 miles away from each other, but she did a tremendous job taking the time to analyze the property that I looked for, and she regularly kept me informed. With me being a first-time property investment buyer, she knew the proper steps that I needed to take to get a deal done. Most importantly, she very familiar with her stomping grounds, and also recommended areas and deals to look out for in the future.
