Grant is an amazing person and realtor. His customer service and negotiating skills are on point and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Specifically, I was caught in the middle of purchasing a home where the seller was caught lying about their home. Grant patiently advised me on how I should move forward and ultimately we backed out of the purchase. This ended up being a blessing in disguise because the home we did end up buying was sooo much better. If you want to get the most out of your property and pay the least for your next, Grant is your next realtor.

Grant helped me sell my house quickly and for a great price. The entire process went really smoothly despite my being in a distant town almost the entire time. Highly recommended, plan to use again.

Grant was very helpful in every way. Answered all our questions and kept us abreast of any changes that came up. He negotiated on our behalf and we are very pleased that he was able get us into this home. We were so thankful that he coordinated the inspection process for us. Even after the sale he helped find a tree faller to remove a huge tree so we could have room to park our motorhome. Grant was professional and effective all the way.

My father conducted multiple real estate transactions with Grant and recommended him to me. Initially Grant connected me with an outstanding mortgage advisor, Ricky Guadarrama at Finance of America, to obtain preapproval and set a budget. Next, he worked tirelessly to find and show me homes that met my family's needs. Grant was patiently gracious when he answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to make an offer or negotiate in a manner that was not in my best interest. The home I purchased perfectly met my family's needs, did not stretch my budget and was a solid investment. I highly recommend Grant to anyone in need of knowledgeable, dedicated real estate agent.

We highly recommend Grant, he was Amazing!! He made our house buying experience so smooth and easy:) Grant always took the time to check in with us and was always available.

Grant exceeded our expectations as he assisted us in searching for our next home. Due to unforeseen circumstances our plans are on hold but when we resume our search it will be Grant Schnell that we contact first. He took the time to get to know both my husband and I and literally catered to our every whim. He is very prompt responding to inquiries and never delays in his follow up. His polite and professional demeanor was never artificial and always genuine. His integrity is stellar! In my opinion Grant is well on his way to a very successful career in real estate and I am looking forward to working with him again soon! -Lynda Anderson
