Steve did a great job for me. He was always available whenever I needed him. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and when he had to check on the answer, he got back to me in a timely manner. Steve got all paperwork in on time and gently reminded me about my part if I forgot. If he scheduled a showing, I always knew within plenty of time to prepare. If times did not work for me, he always worked around my schedule. When repairs needed to be done, Steve knew the right people to do them at the right price. Steve is a great realtor and an easy person to work with.
