Mr Houck helped me and my son to find our dream home in west melburne fl..His help was amazing and his personality top rated !!.not only we got an amazing house but we feel that we got a good and honest friend!!
The experience of buying my house was flawless and ahead of schedule, thanks to a great agent Ben! He was excellent in every way- market knowledge, communication, negotiation and in every step from start to finish! If you have any real estate needs- call Benjamin!
Very helpful, motivational, compassionate, and understanding. Highly recommend Ben to anyone. He helped make a dream come true for my first home purchase.
Ben was very helpful and patient with us during our experience as first time home buyers. We loved the care he took to find us just the right home. He never pressured us or showed us anything outside our budget.
We met Ben when we were looking for a short-term furnished lease. He offered to help us search for a short term lease! Who does that these days?!! He searched the internet for appropriate options and we settled on one. We immediately started a search for something permanent. And Ben started searching again for us. He is hardworking. Responsive! I was so grateful for that because everything changes quickly and he stayed right on top of things. He listened to what we were saying and worked successfully with the other broker to get us the perfect home.
I can not say enough about the experience we were so honored to have with Ben. Ben went over and beyond his duties as a realtor. Not only did he help us find our forever home we also found a friend. Ben has showed us nothing but honesty, respect, knowledge, all with the highest grade of customer service and professionalism during the stressful experience of buying a home. Ben made our experience a great one. Would recommend his services every time! Thank you, Ben!!
