I purchased a new home, put mine on the market, and all was done within weeks. I was surprised at the level of service I received both before and after the purchase/sale. They offered to help me with things that I didn't realize I could ask of a realtor (examples: offering to drive me back to my car after I drove my golf cart to another location, taking down some large items off the wall that didn't fit any of my drill bits, contacting the seller of the home I built to replace a nonfunctioning microwave discovered AFTER the sale, putting me in touch with contacts to do things for my new house that I couldn't do as a single person, repairing items in the home I sold while I was out of town, the list goes on).
