Delaney was so incredible from the beginning of what can be a very daunting process. She made everything so incredibly easy and manageable for us. She was so dedicated to helping me and my family find the perfect home, and once we did, she had a game plan to make sure our offer beat any others, and her plan worked. She never made me feel like a bother if I had questions, and answered them thoroughly and quickly. She kept me up to speed on every step of the process and was always flexible. She communicated well with the other agents and the lender we worked with as well. I have worked with two different realtors in the past, and no one holds a candle to her. She truly is one of the absolute best, and was so legitimately happy for us on closing day. Delaney is such a gem!
